摘要: Abstract Economic activities often result in external costs which are not included the current pricing system. Due to these costs, standard market mechanism fails maximize social welfare. Therefore, it is necessary provide decision makers with proper indicators enable them make decisions reflect consideration of total economic and amelioration In recent years recognition responsibility for their internalization have become an important policy issue. The electricity generation mainly caused by acidifying substances, airborne particles greenhouse gas emissions. Impacts pollutants on environment society should be overlooked.
