摘要: The University of Mississippi has a contract with the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) to carry out variety research activities dealing cannabis, including Potency Monitoring (PM) program, which provides analytical potency data cannabis preparations con- fiscated in United States. This report 46,211 samples seized and analyzed by gas chromatography-flame ionization detection (GC-FID) during 1993-2008. showed an upward trend mean D 9 -tetrahydrocannabinol (D -THC) content all confiscated preparations, increased from 3.4% 1993 8.8% 2008. Hashish potencies did not increase consistently this period; however, yearly varied 2.5-9.2% (1993-2003) 12.0-29.3% (2004-2008). Hash oil also considerably period (16.8 € 16.3%). preparation is mainly due nondomestic versus domestic samples.
