摘要: A polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-modified monolithic silica column was prepared for performing reversed-phase capillary liquid chromatography. The PDMS has a permeability of 6.4×10(-14) m(2) with plate height <9.2 μm. Alkylbenzenes and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were well separated the stationary phase, which exhibited similar selectivity separation mechanism to that octadecyl phase. hydrophobic interactions between analytes phase mainly play roles alkylbenzenes PAHs. characteristics PAHs demonstrated it would be promising alternative column.
