摘要: We report on a wave length-selective polarization rotating reflector using partially-etched asymmetric Bragg grating silicon-on-insulator strip waveguide that has maximum polarization-extinction-ratio greater than 27 dB and 1-dl! bandwidth of 2.6 nm.
