摘要: Abstract The crystal structure of an enalapril-Zn complex was determined by X-ray diffraction at various temperatures. consisted the drug enalapril coordinated to a Zn2+ ion oxygen atom carboxylate group in monodentate mode. metal produced tetrahedral geometry, indicating that complexation with vitro is similar suggested vivo. showed irreversible order–disorder structural phase transition temperature range 150–200 K during cooling process. A symmetry change from C222 room (Phase I) P212121 150 K II) observed. Phase I presented pronounced occupational disorder, whereas II slightly disordered.
