摘要: Cancer results from the complex actions and interactions of multiple genetic, epigenetic environmental factors that lead to acquisition somatic alterations abrogating function a variety normal regulatory networks. While there has been considerable progress in understanding genetic basis cancer, only rarely this knowledge translated development rational therapeutics. In fact, majority children with cancer are still treated nonspecific cytotoxic agents, remarkable strides made curing these diseases have come largely improvements chemotherapy, radiation, cellular transplantation, supportive care rather than use targeted therapies.
