摘要: Leukotriene induction of the fluid and cellular phases inflammatory response in mouse was evaluated. Intraperitoneal injection leukotriene C4 (LTC4 250 ng) led to dye extravasation but not polymorphonuclear leukocyte (PMN) infiltration, whereas B4 (LTB4 ng), PMN infiltration extravasation. The both leukotrienes did result synergy. LTC4 appear induce significant release or formation chemotactic mediators, induced by inhibited vasoactive amine antagonist cyproheptadine eicosanoid inhibitors phenidone naproxen. markedly cytokine SK&F 86002 104493. LTB4 abrogated colchicine treatment. this model cause mediators. These appeared be independent, complementary, sufficient mount a complete mouse.
