摘要: Introduction: Gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist analogs (GnRHa) are peptides that mimic the action of gonadotropin-releasing (GnRH) and used to suppress subsequent sex steroid production. Although a rather defined group drugs, there have been developments in past decades is still ample room for improvement. New therapeutic strategies use GnRHs discussed. Areas covered: Major points discussion include: i) concomitant treatment early breast cancer premenopausal estrogen-positive -negative patients, ii) GnRHa fertility preservation young female patients with malignant diseases iii) GnRH assisted reproduction.
