摘要: Provided herein are recombinant Listeria strains expressing a tumor-specific antigenic polypeptide and, optionally, an angiogenic wherein nucleic acid molecule encoding at least one of the polypeptides is operably integrated into genome in open reading frame with sequence PEST-containing polypeptide, methods preparing same, and inducing immune response, treating, inhibiting, or suppressing cancer tumors comprising administering same.
