摘要: ABSTRACTPurpose: Leiomyosarcoma is a common soft tissue tumor in the body. However, ocular leiomyosarcoma rather uncommon. Herein, we describe clinical and histopathological features of two cases conjunctival leiomyosarcoma. There have only been three previously documented leiomyosarcoma.Results: A 34-year-old male presented with 2-year history whitish mass right eye. He underwent an incisional biopsy mass, which supported diagnosis on examination. Computed tomography showed orbital extension following he eyelid sparing exenteration side.
