摘要: Abstract This paper presents performance changes and material characteristics associated with moisture damage due to anti-stripping additives in asphalt mixtures through various laboratory tests. Two (hydrated lime fly ash) are investigated by adding them into two types of mixes where different binders aggregates used. widely-used concrete mixture tests (the AASHTO T-283 the pavement analyzer under water) constituent boiling water test pull-off tensile strength test) conducted characterize effects on binder–aggregate bonding potential mixtures. Results from indicate that mixes, high-quality polymer-modified binder used, fairly self-resistant without treating any additive do not show visible sensitivity between additives, whereas their significant use unmodified low-quality aggregates. With limited amount data, both hydrated ash contribute reducing damage, which implies cost savings as an alternative additive.
