摘要: Recent advances in assisted reproductive technology (ART) have allowed couples with severe infertility to conceive, but the methods are not effective for all cases. Stem cells as undifferentiated which found different stages of embryonic, fetal and adult life known be capable forming cell types, tissues, organs. Due their unlimited resources incredible power differentiation considered potential new therapeutic biological tools treatment infertility. For medicine, stem stimulated vitro develop various specialized functional including male female gametes. The epigenetic patterns can modified genome under certain drugs exposure or lifestyle alterations. Therefore, epigenetics-related disorders may treated if nature modifications is completely admissible. It proved that our understanding processes its association would help us only understand etiological factors also treat some type infertilities. Exploration both genetic variations disease development could identification interaction between these two phenomena possible improvement methods.
