摘要: Introduction: Cachexia is a complex metabolic syndrome associated with underlying illness and characterized by loss of muscle or without fat mass. Systemic inflammation plays central role in its pathophysiology. As millions patients are cachectic state chronic disease, cachexia one the major causes death worldwide. Difficulties recruitment follow-up clinical trials mean that well-characterized animal models great importance developing therapies.
