Creating Your Animated Stories with Plotagon: Implementation of Project-Based Learning in Narrative Writing

摘要: In English as foreign language learning, writing is considered to be challenging since it requires more complex thinking than other skills. Along with technology advancement, learning can embed provide opportunities. Therefore, this study seeks investigate the benefits of implementation project-based in teaching narrative university. By involving 40 students Literature Department, Plotagon (a 3D animation-making software) was used ‘Imaginative Writing’ course mediate a project that required visualize their own story form animated films. This employed qualitative research method case design. The results revealed there were three (PBL) writing: (1) PBL fun and humanistic assignment; (2) provided opportunity for learn real context; (3) an appropriate application improving multiliteracy abilities.
