摘要: Abstract A 1.1-kb human DNA fragment (ARSH1) capable of functioning as a putative origin replication in yeast cells has been characterized both by situ hybridization to metaphase chromosomes and sequencing. Our studies show preferential localization ARSH1 chromosome regions 1p34–36 2q34–37. sequence analysis indicates that addition the consensus required for ARS function cells, nuclear matrix-associated motifs are also present fragment. These results suggest sequences may serve points anchorage matrix 1 2.
