摘要: The application of biochar to soil is considered have the potential for long-term carbon sequestration, as well improving plant growth and suppressing pathogens. In our study we evaluated effect on soybeans, community composition root-associated bacteria with promoting traits. Two types biochar, namely, maize (MBC), wood (WBC), hydrochar (HTC) were used pot experiments monitor growth. Soybean plants grown in amended HTC char (2%) showed best performance collected isolation further characterization multiple Only amendment resulted a statistically significant increase root shoot dry weight soybeans. Interestingly, rhizosphere isolates from higher diversity than control soil. addition, proportion compared was found express properties antagonistic activity against one or more phytopathogenic fungi. Our provided evidence that improved by incorporation into results combination direct dependent type microbiome shift beneficial bacteria.
