摘要: In this study, lipase catalysis was successfully applied in synthesis of benzyl cinnamate through esterification cinnamic acid with alcohol. Lipozyme TLIM found to be more efficient for catalyzing reaction than Novozym 435. order increase the yield cinnamate, several media, including acetone, trichloromethane, methylbenzene, and isooctane, were used reaction. The showed a high using isooctane as medium. Furthermore, effects parameters such water activity, temperature, etc, on analyzed. It pointed out that too much alcohol would inhibit activity. Under optimum conditions, lipase-catalyzed gave maximum 97.3%. Besides, reusable experiment enzyme demonstrated retained 63% its initial activity after three cycles. These results general interest developing industrial processes preparation cinnamate.
