摘要: To distinguish between morbidity caused by harvesting semitendinosus and gracilis tendons associated with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery, we performed a prospective randomized study using 65 patients who underwent these tendons. The either contralateral (N = 34) or ipsilateral 31) graft harvest. For the nonoperated knees in harvest group, isometric isokinetic strength of quadriceps hamstring muscles increased to approximately 120% preoperative value at 12 months after surgery. Compared knees, tendon did not affect muscle all. However, decrease for 9 also significantly strength, but it only 1 month. Activity-related soreness donor site was rarely restricting resolved 3 months. This demonstrated that is reasonable choice minimize autografts.
