摘要: Monophasic oxides of the formula, Ba1-xPbxTiO3 (0 less than or equal to X 1.0) were obtained at temperatures close 500 degreesC from polymeric precursors formed using citric acid and ethylene glycol. These found be tetragonal for all values x, distortion increasing with Pb content. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) shows that decomposition precursor varies composition temperature is highest (530 degreesC) x = 0.5 composition. X-ray line broadening studies 900 sintered samples show grain size 50-54 nm in compositions. TEM agglomerated grains size, 40-60 nm. The dielectric constant (e) decreases lead-doping having a value 70 PbTiO3. loss (D) different compositions varied between 0.005 0.01 100 kHz. excellent frequency stability.
