摘要: We have analyzed the expression of human granzyme M (Gzm M) in various leukocyte subsets using specific mAb 4H10. Using FACS and Western blotting analysis we compared Gzm with that other granzymes A B) lytic protein perforin. Human was constitutively highly expressed NK cells as perforin A. Surprisingly, freshly isolated had very low (sometimes undetectable) levels B. In contrast to B perforin, not detected purified CD4(+) CD8(+) T either or after short term activation vitro. However, were observed some cell clones on prolonged passage neutrophils, monocytes, tumor myelomonocytic lineage. Examination minor from peripheral blood showed detectable CD3(+), CD56(+) gammadelta cells. histological staining procedure developed demonstrated a granular pattern for cellular distribution similar by blotting. These data indicate does always correlate activity cytotoxic cells, suggests this enzyme may play role innate immune responses.
