摘要: Graduated compression stockings are used in both surgical and non-surgical treatment of varicose veins. In a trial high versus low (40 mmHg vs 15 at ankle) after vein surgery, were equally effective controlling bruising thrombophlebitis, but proved to be more comfortable. further sclerotherapy, alone produced comparable results Elastocrepe bandages with stockings. It is concluded that surgery provide adequate support for the leg bandaging not required if stocking used.
