摘要: Chamfer technology, with funnel-shaped curved surface on the narrow side of mold, is a novel technology that can effectively improve quality continuously cast products. This study reviews available literature theoretical and applied research in chamfer to provide an depth analysis employed approaches obtained results. According results, combined working conditions slab caster, patented technologies related equipment were developed. The has broken bottlenecks industrial application, while ensuring long-life operation mold. In recent years, which used casting processes, prevent transverse corner cracks form at micro-alloyed steel completely. thin reduce occurrence longitudinal crack slabs straight edge seam defects rolled strip. addition, continuous bloom, risk internal avoid off-corner occurring as-cast bloom.
