摘要: DNA sequence data are generally interpreted as favouring Kimura's neutral theory but not without dissent and often with a great deal of controversy respect to molecular clocks, polymorphism, adaptive evolution, gene genealogy. Although the serves guiding principle, many issues concerning mutation, recombination, selection remain unsettled. Of particular importance is need for more knowledge about function structure molecules.
