摘要: Stereolithography (SLA) is an additive manufacturing process based on the photocuring of resins with use UV light. The printed samples can be used not only for visualization structures, but also to develop elements real constructions. In study, SLA-printed made Formlabs’ Durable Resin were tested in static, dynamic, and Hopkinson’s bar tests. recommended heat curing time this resin 60 min each process. For tests, 5-minute 30-min times considered. obtained stress-strain curves compared. showed a difference response strain rate effect influence was noticed. static post-curing had greatest very small standard deviation. dynamic similar dependencies observed greater tests at high rates associated much level difficulty execution, recording, signal analyzing, exposure mechanical properties straightforward. strengthening increases as well time.
