摘要: Cutaneous exposure to carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) occurs frequently in the industrialized workplace. In present study, we addressed this topic a series of experiments using human skin explants and organic extracts relevant industrial products. PAH mixtures were applied topically volumes containing either 10 or 1 nmol B[a]P. We first observed that although very efficient at inducing expression CYP450 1A1, 1A2, 1B1, formation adducts metabolites DNA, like those benzo[a]pyrene diol epoxide (BPDE), was drastically reduced as complexity surrounding matrix increased. Interestingly, observation nonlinear, dose-dependent response with least complex mixture suggested existence threshold for inhibitory effect. then investigated impact simulated sunlight (SSL) on effects skin. SSL found decrease genes when after more efficiently before treatment. Accordingly, level DNA-BPDE samples exposed both SSL. The main conclusion our work is increasing chemical co-exposure UV radiation decreased production between DNA metabolites. Such results must be taken into account risk management.
