The effects of Pilates and yoga participant's on engagement in functional movement and individual health level.

摘要: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of Pilates and yoga participating in their functional movement individual health level. Ninety volunteers were randomly divided into three groups evenly recruited female male participants each group through a reliable organization. Their age between 30s 40s. They informed research process assigned consent form. (n=30), control (n=30) fulfill short form Rand 36-item survey (SF-36) based on self-administration method scored screen (FMS) test before intervention. carried out certain exercise program 1-hr duration 3 times per week for 8 weeks. And did not perform any during experimental period. After completion 8-week program, they recorded SF-36 FMS score posttest same way. When we compared differences pre- posttreatment scores, found that there statistically significant difference among (F [2,89]=15.56, P<0.001) change favor [2,89]=52.36, SF-36. To conclude, more effective improving level assess quality life than group.
