摘要: Abstract The thermal conductivity of isotopically enriched 28Si (enrichment better than 99.9%) was redetermined independently in three laboratories by high precision experiments on a total four samples different shape and degree isotope enrichment the range from 5 to 300 K with particular emphasis near room temperature. results obtained are good agreement each other. They indicate that at temperature exceeds Si natural, unmodified mixture 10±2%. This finding is disagreement an earlier report Ruf et al. At ∼26 K reaches maximum. maximum value depends sample natural factor ∼8 for 99.982% sample. composition consistently found be ∼3% lower values recommended literature.
