摘要: Abstract This study evaluated the effects of supplementing 5.0 mM glutathione (GSH) to media during semen thawing and culture on forward progressive spermatozoa motility, viability, DNA fragmentation. Pellets frozen boar were thawed using a PBS wash procedure at 39°C. Spermatozoa analyzed for fragmentation by Comet assay 0.5 h 6.0 post-thawing. Supplementation GSH had no significant effect or post-thawing compared control. At after there was difference in viability between control supplemented group.
