摘要: Abstract The cultivation of a normal (P2) and sporeless strain (Sp2) Pleurotus ostreatus on aspen wood shavings supplemented with without whey was investigated. Whey-containing substrate susceptible to mold contamination yield mushrooms reduced. Yield per se low, 11-15% original substrate). Sp2 higher than that P2. However the had very high stem cap ratio; more two half times tougher cap. Mushrooms grown from whey-containing were tender in texture nitrogen content those water-soaked substrate.
