New Type of Allergic Asthma due to IgG “Reaginic” Antibody

摘要: This study was undertaken to examine the possibility that IgE is not only immunoglobulin responsible for immediate allergic reactions. A group of asthmatics were investigated in whom reactivity bronchi common inhalant allergens had been confirmed by provocation tests. Their sera fractionated and reaginic activity classes studied passive cutaneous anaphylaxis testing monkeys. The results showed reactions due antibodies most patients, but there a with short-term anaphylactic IgG antibodies. It possible inhibit IgG-mediated responses disodium cromoglycate. As these two groups clearly different serum levels estimation provided an important guide management patients.
