摘要: Adenyl cyclase activity of rat pancreatic islet membrane was increased by secretin, pancreozymin, and isoproterenol, while ACTH, glucagon, growth hormone, insulin had no effect. Both secretin isoproterenol activations were enhanced prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) GTP. Isoproterenol activation additive with PGE1, as that but only in the presence Secretin PGE1 GTP equivalent to NaF stimulation. Kinetic analysis indicated maximum velocity adenyl tended decrease apparent affinity enzyme for ATP. Glucagon dependent upon prior treatment preparation EGTA use inhibitors proteolytic enzymes during collagenase digestion phase preparation. These results suggest hormonal regulation secretion may be affected guanine nucleotide modulation process.
