摘要: Abstract Adenylate cyclase in purified platelet membrane was activated by prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) when 2 mm ATP used as substrate. When the substrate concentration lowered to 0.1 (using an analogue of ATP, 5'-adenylyl imidodiphosphate (AMP-PNP) which has been shown be a for adenylate but is not degraded ATPase), PGE1 activation markedly reduced or abolished, without affecting fluoride stimulation. The enzyme restored addition GTP incubation medium. effect evident even at 1 µm GTP, and optimal obtained GTP. seen all concentrations these experiments. Moreover, also lower concentrations. did appear change apparent affinity enzyme, increased PGE1-stimulated activity.
