摘要: Wuji Wan (WJW), containing Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian in Chinese, HL), Frutus Evodiae Rutaecarpae (Wuzhuyu, WZY) and Radix Paeoniae Alba (Baishao, BS), is a classical traditional Chinese medical formula employed treating intestinal disorders. Berberine (BBR) palmatine (PMT) are the major active alkaloids HL have analgesic anti-microbial effects. A sensitive, specific validated ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric method was developed to investigate pharmacokinetic profiles of BBR PMT rat plasma situ perfusion solution. In comparison with parameters PMT, t(1/2), C(max), T(max), AUC, CL MRT after intragastric (i.g.) administration extract alone, those remarkably changed i.g. WJW formulas 1 2 (herb proportions 12:2:3 12:1:12). Particularly, oral bioavailability significantly increased. experiments, apparent permeability coefficient value (1.45 ± 0.72) × 10(-5) cm/s when performed, increased (3.92 0.52) on 1. These results indicate that absorption affected by other herbs or ingredients from formulas.
