摘要: Abstract Experiments were carried out on plasma obtained from rabbits, injected intravenously with heparin, to examine the cause of fall in calcium which occurs vitro under these circumstances when is estimated by direct EDTA titration. The accelerated addition chyle plasma, and accompanied a decrease optical density rise FFA concentration plasma. Where density, or concentration, prevented reduced, stopped slowed down. A linear relationship was found between statistically highly significant. 1 μequiv above threshold value I FFA/ml lowered 0.5 μuequiv/ml.
