摘要: Abstract The design and performance of a new, commercially available mass spectrometer are described. instrument incorporates many special features that make it particularly suited for the study reactions positive or negative ions in field-free regions. magnetic electric sector fields arranged so ion beam traverses first. This makes convenience any particular species can be isolated its studied without interference from other ions. Special arrangements made introduction collision gas adjusting lengths as well widths resolving collimating slits.
