摘要: We report our initial experience with the arthroscopic management of tibial plateau fractures. The known benefits arthroscopy include better evaluation entire joint, limited dissection, and thorough irrigation. have maximized potential through use additional instrumentation. With this technique, is used as an operative tool, addition instruments previously only for ligamentous reconstruction. Some fractures can be treated exclusively arthroscopically, obviating wide surgical exposures that commonly increase morbidity in these cases.
