摘要: A series of Cretaceous to Eocene granitoids are present in the Eastern Pontides northeastern Turkey. The Asarcik (Saplica, Catakhan), Eskine, and Saydere (Sebinkarahisar-Giresun) least-studied, thus least-understood plutons orogen. Rock assemblages range from monzonite granite. They contain mainly K-feldspar, plagioclase, quartz, hornblende, biotite, Fe-Ti oxides. high-K, calc-alkaline, I-type granites. Chondrite-normalized REE patterns fractionated have small negative Eu anomalies. show enrichment LILE LREE relative HFSE, displaying features arc-related granitoids. Low molar Al2O3/(FeO+MgO+TiO2) combination with variable (Na2O+K2O)/(FeO+MgO+TiO2) ratios indicate that magmas were derived mafic lower-crustal source rocks. Sr anomalies unfractionated HREE suggest presence plagioclase absence garnet source.
