摘要: Dynamical behaviours of the motion particles in a periodic potential under constant driving velocity by spring at one end are explored. In stationary case, stable equilibrium position particle experiences an elasticity instability transition. When is nonzero, depending on coefficient and pulling velocity, system exhibits complicated interesting dynamics, such as chaotic motions. The results obtained here may shed light studies dynamical processes sliding friction.
