摘要: Soybean processing does not end with the products oil and meal. To food ingredient business, this is only beginning. This presentation a simplified general scheme to show of soybeans from whole bean each its protein ingredients where they might fit into business. It portrays preparation extraction, meal handling, conversion ingredients. Soy flour, soy concentrates, isolates, modified products, such as spun fibers textured vegetable are covered. Some values applications also discussed.
