摘要: Sintered fluorapatite and hydroxyapatite ceramic implants have been shown to be non-degradable in animal human research. It was found however that plasma-sprayed coatings of degraded vivo, possibly because the lost almost 50% its crystallinity during plasma-spraying procedure. A heat treatment at 600° C proved method op choice reconstitute coating promote transformation α -tricalcium phosphate into more stable β phosphate. Fluorapatite did not loose their had added advantage stability due fluoride ion. The solubility vitro heat-treated were compared sintered untreated coatings. Heat reduced dissolution rate which originally 92%, only 9%, while 13% dissolve.
