摘要: Abstract Objective The aim of this study was to determine the hemodynamic response and calculated shock index (SI = heart rate [HR]/systolic blood pressure [SBP]) in early acute loss. Methods This a prospective observational that enrolled healthy donors. Patients were excluded if not eligible for donation. Baseline vital signs obtained, 450 mL removed over 20 minutes, repeated immediately postdonation while lying after 1 5 minutes standing. Difference tested using paired t test with P Results Forty-six patients enrolled; means each time interval are shown below 95% confidence intervals. Conclusions A significant elevation mean SI observed volunteers standing minutes. Although changes HR SBP observed, these indices still within "normal" limits. may be more useful hemorrhage than either or alone.
