摘要: Abstract Functionalization of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) has been carried out using benzoxazine-containing compound (BPA-FBz) and polymer (PFBz) as modifiers through Diels–Alder reaction. The benzoxazine-functionalized MWCNTs (MWCNT-FBz MWCNT-PFBz) have characterized with Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron thermogravimetric analyzer, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. MWCNT-FBz MWCNT-PFBz are thermally cross-linkable nanomaterials could be fabricated press molding other thermal-forming processes. cross-linked pellets show surface electrical conductivities 0.05 S cm−1. Moreover, nanocomposites also prepared from BPA-FBz MWCNT-FBz. shown high (about 7 × 10−5 S cm−1) good mechanical strength. attractive properties attributed to the compatibility between polybenzoxazine matrix MWCNT-FBz, benzoxazine groups copolymerize in preparation nanocomposites.
