摘要: Since 2011, we have been educating mentor teachers in four semester further training. Mentor can support the preparation process of our engineering teacher students secondary vocational schools by coaching their teaching practice. They high standard expectations to learn newest knowledge based on most modern educational technology. It was important and interesting get acquainted with presentation skills teachers, about preparedness success that field. In 2016 had organized a survey measure how they use it learning process.
