摘要: A video signal is converted into a coefficient for each frame in image. Each comprises block signals which represent the pixels pixel map (420) (410) with coefficients hybrid polynomial. The only selected frames transmitted to receiving computer (130). are based on number of current that vary from corresponding sequentially previous frame.
