摘要: We describe a new regime of magnetotransport in two-dimensional electron systems the presence narrow potential barrier. In such systems, Landau level states, which are confined to barrier region strong magnetic fields, undergo deconfinement transition as field is lowered. Transport measurements on top-gated graphene device presented. Shubnikov-de Haas (SdH) oscillations, observed unipolar regime, found abruptly disappear when strength reduced below certain critical value. This behavior explained by semiclassical analysis transformation closed cyclotron orbits into open, deconfined trajectories.
