摘要: In wireless communications the demand for wide range of services is leading to a rapid increase in network performance requirements. Hence, today's cellular radio technologies are designed operate closer Shannon capacity bound which sets ultimate upper limit channel capacity. Yet, good link level does not necessarily mean that resources used efficiently as and coverage may be optimal resulting from dynamic conditions environment such urbanization, insertion or deletion base stations, malfunctioning nodes. Due fact reacting on those inherent problems manually very expensive time consuming, automated optimization by means self-optimization adaptive antenna system parameters could an attractive solution operator's point view. Furthermore, suboptimal parameter selection long term evolution (LTE) planning reuse sites preceding access technology requires parameters. this article we propose novel centralized approach can adapting order automatically control macro-cellular deployment. proposed present case-based reasoning (CBR) based aided exemplary rule-based scheme required during training phase CBR. Dynamic downlink simulator developed validate realistic scenario. evaluations 3rd generation partnership project LTE framework assumed propagation modeled three dimensions.
