摘要: Abstract Kinetic and inhibitor studies have been carried out on lipoyl dehydrogenase (NADH:lipoamide oxidoreductase, EC 1.6.4.3) from Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The results obtained are similar in many respects to those reported for the enzyme prepared pig heart although some differences observed. overall picture of activity with various electron donors acceptors is qualitively same two enzymes, yeast showing considerably greater using K3Fe(CN)6 oxidized 3-acetylpyridine-adenine dinucleotide as acceptors. Inhibition by arsenite copper ions less marked than that pig-heart dehydrogenase, though again very similar.
