摘要: Abstract Squash nitrate reductase (NADH) was purified on blue-Sepharose and used to study the NADH dehydrogenase activity. In presence of reductase. will reduce: nitrate, ferricyanide, methylene blue, benzoquinone menadione. Coenzyme Q10 plastiquinone were not reduced. Reduction menadione shown require EDTA. Yeast glutathione lipoamide differed in their ability transfer electrons The comparison these three enzymes other NAD(P)H dehydrogenases with respect electron acceptor specificity requirement for activators or protectors has led suggestion two classes flavodehydrogenases: (1) soluble; (2) membrane bound complexed.
