摘要: The current surgical technique to treat patients with coronary artery disease is the implantation of autologous blood vessels into aorta and distal an obstructing lesion circulation. Although this therapeutic approach does not prevent progression atherosclerotic process in circulation, it provide appropriate flow if remain open able adapt their requirements function patency bypass grafts influenced by (a) runoff vascular bed supplied graft, (b) blood-borne factors (i.e., platelets, coagulation factors, cardiovascular risk factors), (c) biological properties vessel itself. Recently, became obvious that very considerably depend on anatomical origin, native physiological role, size [1]. In addition, clinical experience a number has supported notion are crucial determinant [2]. Of particular importance antithrombotic vessel, ability propensity develop proliferative changes after implantation.
