摘要: A fine-grained multi-factor estimation of crop-hail damage is required to progress from manual inspection crops post-event automated assessment and accurate forecasting the expected impact on agricultural areas. Such processes will enable more claims processing, improve customer satisfaction, reduce insurance losses. This paper demonstrates value Gaussian Processes for construction such a model damage. underpinned by survey public datasets, description target dataset support an operational model.
